Enjoy a relaxing break of this former Sea Merchants Home, the cottage is a self contained annex/wing forming part of a large victorian house where the owners reside, fully converted several years ago to a high standard. After a long day out and about sight seeing or at one of the many attractions close by take a dip in the luxurious hot tub in the private garden.  The cottage is the ideal destination for exploring the whole of North Devon and North Cornwall, which boasts some of the best beaches in the UK in fact Woolacombe Beach has been voted one of the top beaches in the world.  Come and see for yourself and book a stay at Sea Merchant's Cottage, if bringing your pets, you will be delighted to know the local area is very dog friendly many of the pubs restaurants and attractions welcome dogs.

Your children are sure to enjoy a day at one of the many family attractions/theme parks, we are very lucky to have 7 attractions with in a 10-15 minute drive away. Please see our attractions section on the home page for more information.  The port town of Bideford has a lovely large park within a 10 minutes walk away as well as masses of space for playing a game of rounders/football there is a shallow outdoor pool open in the summer months and its free for the public to use with toilets a café and shop close by, and when its not warm enough for a paddle there are some great activity climbing frames/swings and slides to enjoy.
