This spacious, contemporary, open plan holiday property is approx. 2 miles from the beautiful beaches of Woolacombe and Morthoe.  With its 3 mile stretch of golden sands and famous surf. The well known villages of Croyde and Saunton, also famous for their sandy beaches and great surfing waves are a short drive away.

There are several restaurants and bars at all these picturesque villages for you to choose from.  Just a few minutes walk away is an excellent 18 hole golf course and clubhouse.  Saunton has 2 links golf courses, 1 championship standard. Within 2 miles there are riding stables which offer beach rides and quad bikes.  The Tarka Trail is situated directly behind the property and is perfect for a safe pleasant walk to the charming Ilfracombe harbour and the famous Damien Hirst Statue Verity which sits majestically looking out to sea.

On entering this tastefully furnished property you will arrive in the spacious lounge with dining room and fully equipped kitchen.  The vaulted ceiling gives the property feeling of space and brightness.  Its full glass doors, which enhances the openness, lead out to the enclosed garden where you can relax have a drink and BBQ at the end of a great day.  You will find 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on the ground floor, 1 twin and 1 double.  Upstairs offers a king bedroom and a bathroom opposite with bath and shower over.  There is also a garage/utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and 2nd fridge freezer, this area also benefits from a wet suit drying rail and surf board rack, the garage is accessed from the hallway.  Off road parking is available for 2/3 cars and secure storage in the garage for boards and cycles is available.
